A video always works in a web frame. Therefore, the embed code has to create a rectangular frame (if the video is not already integrated to one) and then generate the interactivity.
The Adways Studio platform generates the following integration code :
<div style="height:300px; width:500px; background-color:black; overflow:hidden;" id="interactive-55b638d85bb9f"></div>
'container' : 'interactive-55b638d85bb9f',
'publication' : 'pznlggJ'
The creation of the web frame hosting the video is done in yellow as <div>.
The loader that generates the interactive video is charged at the line <script>.
Finally, the <script> adways.interactive.createExperience … .load() command gives the order to the loader to generate the interactive video.
The targeted web frame is called ‘interactive-55b638d85bb9f’ and its Adways project number will be 'pznlggJ'. Those are the 2 first settings to configure.
As my web frame name is id="interactive-55b638d85bb9f", it’s the one that hosts the interactive video from the generator. With the Adways project number 'pznlggJ', one can upload the Adways project of his choice.
height: 300px ; width: 500px define video size. It is often necessary to modify those numbers to resize the interactive video on the client’s web page.
iFrame Coding Like YouTube
We used to work with an iframe code which was very similar to Youtube. It still works even though it present a few bugs or incompatibility sometimes on the iPad:
<iframe width="560" height="315" src="//play.adways.com/experience/pznlgqJ" frameborder="0" webkitallowfullscreen mozallowfullscreen allowfullscreen></iframe>
